Infiniti Pins at the 2026 Little League International Congress in Indianapolis

From February 6–9, Little League leaders from around the world gathered at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis for the 29th Little League International Congress, a four-year event focused on education, collaboration, and shaping the future of the program.

Infiniti Pins & Awards was proud to be there in person, connecting with District Administrators, league presidents, and volunteer leaders, sharing new product displays, and spending real time talking through what leagues need most when it comes to pins, medals, and championship rings.

What is the Little League International Congress?

The International Congress is where Little League volunteer leadership comes together to learn, collaborate, and review potential future changes to rules and regulations. Delegates have an opportunity to discuss proposed updates and vote, with amendments requiring a two-thirds vote before moving on for final approval.

It’s also one of the best opportunities all year to meet the people behind the leagues, the volunteers who keep the program running, and the leaders who support communities across the country and beyond.

The Infiniti Pins booth: built for conversations

This year, Infiniti Pins & Awards had one of our largest booth setups and leaned into a simple goal: be welcoming, make it easy to browse, and make it easy to ask questions.

We brought multiple new displays and shelves of real, recent samples, including:

  • custom pins produced for leagues and events over the past year
  • stock pins for different tournament levels
  • medals and lanyard options
  • stock championship rings for district, section, and state levels (baseball and softball), plus newer ring options that drew a lot of attention

A big theme we heard again and again was flexibility. Some districts want fully custom designs, others want reliable stock options that fit a tighter budget and faster turnaround. Either way, the goal is the same: help leagues recognize kids and volunteers in a way that feels meaningful.

The Congress App, QR codes, and making it easy to connect

Little League’s Congress App helped attendees navigate schedules, connect with exhibitors, and participate in on-site activities.

That paired perfectly with what we were already doing at the booth: making it simple for attendees to stop by, scan, connect, and follow up after the event. Between conversations at the booth and the steady exhibit hall traffic, we met a lot of new people who we’re excited to stay in touch with.

The giveaway that turned heads

One highlight from the weekend was our giveaway. The response was immediate: people noticed the presentation, the detail, and the creativity. It sparked great conversations, and it was fun seeing how quickly the giveaway spread through the exhibit hall once people started talking about it.

Standing out (in the best way)

In a room full of booths, banners, and vendors, you only get a few seconds to be memorable.

So yes, we did what we do: we showed up with a theme.

From racing-inspired outfits to checkered overalls, the goal was simple: be recognizable, be approachable, and give people an easy reason to stop, smile, and start a conversation. It worked. People remembered us, and more importantly, they came back.

The exhibit hall and networking

The exhibit hall is where a lot of the weekend energy lives: introductions, follow-up conversations, and the kind of quick, practical discussions that turn into real relationships.

Little League also built in strong networking moments throughout the event schedule, including exhibit hall hours and evening activities that brought attendees back through the vendor space.

Southern California Hospitality Mixer (sponsored by Infiniti)

One of the most fun moments for our team was sponsoring the Southern California Hospitality Mixer. It was a great way to support the community, get more face time with leaders, and create one more place for people to connect outside of formal sessions.

Thank you

To everyone who stopped by the booth, grabbed samples, asked great questions, and shared what your league is working on: thank you. We left Indianapolis feeling like this was one of our strongest Congress weekends in a long time, and we’re grateful to be part of the Little League community.

If you connected with us at Congress and need anything, we’re here and easy to reach.
